Lines are slightly fuzzy but that is due to printing and isn't noticeable unless you're *really* looking for it. Texture is smooth and comfortable. Doesn't hold heat and washes easily. Customer Service was polite when I submitted the incorrect image for my print, they refunded me in Cash Dollars and allowed me to repurchase the item that way. There is a fabric border, which for me isn't a drawback. It's about an inch worth of bleed, but isn't in the way or really noticeable for me. Shipping took a while, I ordered in early-mid December and received my product in mid January. This was via regular airmail and I don't hold it against them, merely saying as a warning that it will take time, so if you need something fast upgrade your shipping. I love how the case came out. The design looks great, even though the images i uploaded were in RGB mode, the printed result looks amazing. The cloth is soft and cool.

Beautiful print quality, soft silky fabric, and a nice "pocket" closure instead of a zipper.
The only thing I would change is to not have a visible white seam around the edge. Other than that, it's absolutely perfect!
